Working With Your Provider Attorney

Consulting Your Provider Attorney

Your membership gives you convenient access to your Provider Attorney. When you need legal advice, just call the call center at 713-493-2722 or the toll-free number 1-888-GRACE-89 on your membership card. After confirming your name and membership number, and giving a general description of your legal issue or question, a lawyer from your Provider Attorney’s Firm will call you back, usually the same business day.

When to call the Provider Attorney and when to call Customer Service

Call the call center at 713-493-2722 or the toll-free number 1-888-GRACE-89, at the telephone number listed on your membership card, when you need to speak with a lawyer about a legal problem.

Call Grace Prepaid Legal Group, Inc. Customer Service to:

  • Ask general questions about your service agreement and coverage.
  • Update or change your bank account or payment information.
  • Make changes to your coverage.
  • Request additional Membership Agreements, or Cards.
  • Update email address or contact information.


Place your Membership Card with your Provider Attorney’s number in your wallet and near the telephone in your home or office.

Your Grace Prepaid Legal Group Membership Card should be kept with you at all times.

Service from your Provider Attorney’s Law Firm

Because your Provider Attorney is selected from experienced law firms, you can expect effective and responsive service.

For law firms to be considered for your Provider Attorney, they must:

  • Be in good standing with the state bar association.
  • Have a service philosophy that comports with the standards of Grace Prepaid Legal Group, Inc.
  • Understand and appreciate the legal needs of our Members.
  • Not be an owner, shareholder, or director of Grace Prepaid Legal Group, Inc., or any staff attorney employed by Grace Prepaid Le gal Group, Inc., or any attorney employed by an owner, shareholder, or director of Grace Prepaid Legal Group, Inc.
  • No pre-existing condition is covered and no pre-existing condition and/or occurrence from a case or matter that comes to Grace Prepaid Legal Group, Inc. shall be accepted by an owner, shareholder, or director of Grace Prepaid Legal Group, Inc., or any staff attorney employed by Grace Prepaid Legal Group, Inc. Pre-existing conditions under the terms of this Contract means acts or occurrences that existed or conditions which were reasonably anticipated or foreseeable prior to the Covered Person's enrollment.

To take full advantage of the valuable benefits of your membership, call us anytime if you have questions regarding services and coverage under your plan.

  1. Communicating With Your Provider Attorney
    Call your Provider Attorney with questions or details about your legal problem. Your Provider Attorney is waiting to help you as covered by your membership benefits which are specifically listed in your Membership Manual.

  2. Following Your Provider Attorney’s Advice
    Always communicate with your Provider Attorney about how you would like your legal matters or your business’ legal matters resolved. It is important to clarify what you would like the outcome to be, in order for your Provider Attorney to advise you on what steps to take to achieve your desired goal; or even if such a goal is feasible under the particular circumstances. Your Provider Attorney will discuss all decisions with you, with respect to the professional and personal judgment of both parties. We recommend that you or your business follow your Provider Attorney’s instructions, and ask questions about anything that does not seem clear to you, so that you can work together to resolve the issues in a practical way.

  3. Member Satisfaction Survey
    As a Member of Grace Prepaid Legal Group, Inc., you and/or your business are our valuable assets. Our main purpose is to serve you and your business. In order to provide you and your business the best service and to receive your feedback, please keep Grace Prepaid Legal Group, Inc. updated of any changes to your email address, telephone number, or other contact
