Who Is Covered By the Individual / Family Plan?

The Individual/Family Membership includes Five (5) Parts.

Summary Of Membership Services And Coverage:

  • Part I: Preventative Legal Services, including Wills and other contracts.
  • Part II: Automobile Legal Expenses, including moving traffic violations.
  • Part III: Trial and Legal Defense Services.
  • Part IV: IRS Audit and Financial Legal Services.
  • Part V: All Other Legal Services

Who Is Covered By Grace Prepaid Membership Plans:
As provided in your Membership Contract:

  • You as the Primary Member.
  • Your Spouse or Significant Partner.
  • Never-married, dependent children living at home (up to age 21).
  • Never-married, dependent children enrolled full-time in college (up to age 23).
  • Minor children under your legal guardianship (up to age 18).
  • Dependent children with mental or physical disability who are dependent upon you for support (any age).

General Information About Coverage:

PART I: UNLIMITED TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS.
As a member of Grace Prepaid Legal Group, Inc., you can consult with your Provider Attorney Law Firm on an unlimited basis on any legal matter. Just call the toll-free number on your Membership Card during regular business hours whenever you have legal questions or problems. Your Provider Attorney will call back within one business day, usually within 2-8 hours.
Attorney telephone calls and letters: your legal problem could be solved quickly with just a telephone call or letter from your Provider Attorney. In seeking the most effective solution, your Provider Attorney may recommend making a call or writing a letter for you, where one letter or call per personal matter is free with your Membership Plan. For professional matters, you may request two business letters per year at no added cost.

UNLIMITED NUMBER OF CONTRACTS AND DOCUMENTS TO REVIEW.
With your Membership Plan, your Provider Attorney can review an unlimited number of personal contracts and personal legal documents of twenty pages or less. For professional matters, one business document can be reviewed per year at no added cost. So before you sign contracts or documents, your Provider Attorney can review them and advise you or recommend any changes.
Personal wills to protect you and covered family members: one of the major benefits of Grace Prepaid Legal Group, Inc. Membership is a free Personal Will for you, with no additional charges for free yearly reviews and updates.

PART II: AUTOMOBILE LEGAL EXPENSES.
Moving traffic violations and minor expenses: your Membership Plan automatically provides representation to you or your covered family members for moving traffic violations at no added cost. You can rely on qualified help with traffic tickets from your Provider Attorney and never worry again about the cost of hiring a lawyer.
Additional coverage: your Membership with Grace Prepaid Legal Group, Inc. also includes up to 2.5 hours of free help with driver’s license issues, damage recovery, and personal injury legal expenses, with plan limitation.

PART III: TRIAL AND LITIGATION DEFENSE BENEFIT.

Who Is Covered By The Business Plan?
The Business Plan Membership includes Seven (7) Parts.

PART I: UNLIMITED TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS.
You or your Business, as a member of Grace Prepaid Legal Group, Inc., can consult with your Provider Attorney on an unlimited basis on any legal matter. Besides, if your Provider Attorney considers that the matter could not be solved thorough fully by telephone consultation, he/she will provide the Member additional hours of legal research concerning the matter at no additional charge.
For telephone consultation, just call the toll-free number during regular business hour, which is defined from 9:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. in the locale of your Provider Attorney, excluding holidays.
Each month if necessary, your Provider Attorney will write letters regarding legal issue, on behalf of the Member (you or your Business), to a third party entity at no additional charge.

PART II: IN ADDITION, FREE CONTRACT/AGREEMENT REVIEWS.
Each month, your Provider Attorney will review, for you or your Business, up to four (4) Contracts/Agreements on different legal issues at no additional charge.

PART III: IN ADDITION, FREE LEGAL DOCUMENT REVIEWS.
Each month, your Provider Attorney will review, for you or your Business, up to three (3) Legal Documents on different legal issues at no additional charge.

PART IV: IN ADDITION, FREE REVIEW AND RESPONSE OF COLLETION LETTERS.
Each month, your Provider Attorney will initially write or response up to three (3) Collection Letters on each of your debt or you Business debt at no additional charge.

PART V: IN ADDITION, LITIGATION DEFENSE BENEFITS.


If you or your Business is a defendant of a lawsuit, which is filed in Texas State or Federal Court located within Texas’s border, your Provider Attorney will provide benefit according to the follow schedule:

  • For one (1) year of Membership, the Member would have the benefit of total 40 hours of your Provider Attorney’s time at no additional charge for any legal service before the hearing of the lawsuit (pre-trial).
  • For each additional year of Membership, the benefit will increase as listed below:
    • For Two (2) years of Membership: total 60 hours of your Provider Attorney’s time at no additional charge (40 for pre-trial & 20 for trial).
    • For Three (3) years of Membership: total 80 hours of your Provider Attorney’s time at no additional charge (40 for pre-trial & 40 for trial).
    • For Four (4) years of Membership: total 120 hours of your Provider Attorney’s time at no additional charge (40 for pre-trial & 80 for trial).
    • For Five (5) years of Membership: total 160 hours of your Provider Attorney’s time at no additional charge (40 for pre-trial & 120 for trial).

In case the lawsuit exceeds the standard hours listed above, the longer the Membership time, the greater the discount for each additional hour, with respect to your Provider Attorney’s rate.

PART VI: IN ADDITION, CONTINGENCY CASE BENEFITS.
With respect to the Contingency Cases, you or your Business will have the benefit of 5% deducted of your Provider Attorney’s fee – which means the fee is deducted from 33% to 28% – if your Provider Attorney agrees to file the lawsuit.

PART VII: IN ADDITION, DISCOUNT OFF ANY OTHER LEGAL SERVICE.
If you or your Business needed any other legal service which is not included in six (6) previous sections, you or your Business will have a discount depended on your Membership Plan:

  • For One (1) year of Membership: discount 15% off each hour of your Provider Attorney’s time.
  • For Two (2) years of Membership: discount 25% off each hour of your Provider Attorney’s time.
  • For Three (3) years of Membership: discount 33% off each hour of your Provider Attorney’s time.
  • For Four (4) years of Membership: discount 40% off each hour of your Provider Attorney’s time.
  • For Five (5) years of Membership: discount 50% off each hour of your Provider Attorney’s time.
  • For Six (6) years of Membership or greater, the discount rate will be 50% off for each hour of your Provider Attorney’s time.
