Grace Prepaid Legal Group, Inc. is not a law firm and its owners, directors, employees do not provide legal services or advice. Once you become a member, an independent Provider Attorney will provide all covered legal advice and / or legal services as listed in the Legal Service Contract.  We are honored to provide Legal Service Contracts to the Vietnamese/Asian community and all other communities.

1. Individual/Family Plan:

   Grace Prepaid Legal Group, Inc. provides Legal Service Contracts starting from only $25 per month. For that low price you can protect the legal rights of you and your family. This is a form of long term legal protection with affordable prices that are less than 1, 2 or 3 hours consulting with a good attorney who would charge you as much as $350 to $450 based on Houston’s statistics.

2. Business Plan:

   Grace Prepaid Legal Group, Inc. provides Legal Service Contracts for your business for $75 a month.

3. Employee Benefit Plan:

   Grace Prepaid Legal Group, Inc. also provides legal service contracts for employees of companies, business and manufacturers.

For most legal services, the Plan covers you, as the primary member, plan member’s spouse and unmarried dependent children who are under the age of 23, and any categorically dependent individual who needs your support and is living in your household.

The Business Plan provides Legal Service Contracts for Corporation, Partnership, Limited Liability Corporation, Professional Corporation, Professional Association, DBA, or any other legal entity.

This plan covers the employees of government or private agencies, companies, businesses and manufacturers.

The Provider Attorneys will advice you in various areas of law such as: Will and Testaments, Tax Law, Business Law (Buying / Selling Real Estate or Personal Properties), Real Estate Law, Criminal Law, Family Law (to the primary member only), Corporate Law, Labor & Employment Law, Consumer Law, violation of Texas Department of Cosmetology regulations, and so forth.

When you need an attorney, you can call the toll-free number of Grace Prepaid Legal Group, Inc. on your membership card. You then provide us with your membership number, and a brief description of your legal matter. Your matter will be assigned to your Provider Attorney immediately. The Provider Attorney will answer your questions, or the Provider Attorney will refer you to another attorney in the area of law that you need assistance in. Depending on your legal service contract, the Provider Attorney will give you advice and assistance.

Based upon your description of your legal need, a Provider Attorney who is both experienced and caring will be available to you. Your benefits are included specifically in your Membership Manual.
